September 9-13, 2019: The Wave Workshop includes five days exploring the Vermilion Cliffs Wilderness and surrounding areas. Lottery permits to the Wave have already been acquired. Whether sunshine, rain, or snow, plan on exploring world-class vistas of Coyote Buttes and White Pocket, including landmarks such as The Wave and Dragon's Tail. Accepting up to three participants in the September 2019 Wave Workshop.

Deposit: Full payment is required up front to participate.

Cancellation Policy: If you must cancel participation in a workshop, a full refund (less 5% fee) is available if cancellation is made within 24 hours of purchase. If cancellation is received 30+ days prior to the workshop, you will receive 50% refund. Cancellations received less than 30 days prior to workshop will forfeit all fees; however Southwest Secrets may choose at its discretion to apply some of the amount paid to a future workshop. In the unlikely event the workshop is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive the choice of a 100% refund or credit for a future workshop.

Travel Insurance: We recommend you have a travel insurance policy. Airline changes? Weather problems? Vehicle problems? You never know. At a minimum travel insurance provides peace of mind.

Equipment insurance: The wilderness is brutal on camera equipment. We recommend you maintain adequate equipment coverage.

Emergency medical evacuation insurance: The wilderness has many hazards, including a rigorous hike to The Wave. Have the peace of mind by signing up for an insurance plan suited for your needs.
